After her husband commits suicide by hanging himself in a shabby motel and disappears from this world, Je Hee-seol begins to approach her daughter Je Gal-yoon, with whom she has been avoiding a relationship until now, in order to strengthen their bond.\nWhile Gal-yoon is taken aback by Hee-seol's sudden change and tries to respond to it, she gradually experiences emotional changes and, despite sensing that something is wrong, cannot push Hee-seol away.
