Yuu Koito, a freshman struggling with the inability to understand her feelings of affection for others, accidentally witnesses her student council senior, Touko Nanami, receiving a confession. Although Yuu empathizes with Touko, who claims to have never been moved by anyone's confession, she soon hears an unexpected remark from Touko.
