The stage is set at a certain art university in Saitama Prefecture. The protagonist is Seii Yoshimochi (よしもち・せい), a second-year student in the Design Department. He possesses exceptional design talent but is a germaphobe and dislikes people. The other character is Akari Sonobe (そのべ・あかり), a second-year student in the Fine Arts Department. While she lacks artistic talent, she is full of communication skills and ambition. Akari witnesses Seii's talent firsthand and schemes to ride on his coattails... In an art university where strange people and those who want to become strange gather, the twisted youth graffiti of these two begins!
