In an era where about 10% of deceased humans come back as <ghosts> capable of communication, one day, Yuki is confessed to by her childhood friend, Maharu, but shortly after, Maharu dies in an accident. Yuki, crying by the corpse, is surprised when Maharu revives as a ghost, and they decide to "date". Yuki laments that they can't do things like this or that because they can't physically touch, but Maharu seems happy. Despite the many troubles, their days are relatively enjoyable. However, by chance, a junior named Hikari intrudes between them...!?
