He names himself "Sakurakiri-kai" and declares war on the police, announcing a chemical weapon terror attack. Members of the National Diet are brutally murdered, and investigators suffer severe injuries... To uncover the organization's hideout, Kuroko seeks out the underground fighting champion, Sabuura Ran.
